The authors evaluated two main pests in potato fields of Agrarian University La Molina, in Lima, Rimac Valley, and studied the importance of their parasitoids during August to December 1984. Of the potato leaf-miner Liriomyza huidobrensis Blanchard were recuperated eight parasitoids (one pteromalid and seven eulophids). Of the potato moth Scrobipalpula absoluta were recovered six parasitoids: three braconids, two ichneumonids and one eulophid; the last one was Dineulophus phthorimaea De Santis for the first time reported as parasitoid of Scrobipalpula absoluta, in Peru. The other parasitoids discussed are (Pristomerus sp., Temelucha sp., Chrysocharis phytomyzae, C. bedius, Diglyphus websteri, Diglyphus sp, Closterocerus sp., Ganaspidium sp., Apanteles gelechiidivoris, A. subandinus and Apanteles sp.). none
