This hyperparasite is a solitary ectoparasitoid. The eggs were deposited on the host pupa present within the host cocoon and the larva passed through three instars. Mean developmental period from egg to adult was 13.15 days at 26.43 +- 2.53 degree C. Pre-oviposition period was of 2 days and oviposition continued until it was alive. Freshly formed to 2-day-old host cocoons were preferred for oviposition and the mean longevity was 6.82 days for males and 8.25 days for females.
