The species of the genus Aphidius Nees reported for Italy are here redescribed. For each of the 19 species (matricariae, ervi, microlophii, avenae, colemani, cingulatus, setiger, salicis, hortensis, sonchi, funebn's, uzbekistanicus, rosae, sussi, urticae, absinthii, rhopalosiphi, smithi, eadyi) a short diagnostic description and the host records for Italy are given. Furthermore a dichotomous key for species identification based both on females and males is proposed.
