(Diptera: Phoridae) and Degeria luctuosa Meigen (Diptera: Tachnidae) were found from the aphidophagous ladybeetle, Harynonia axyridis (Pallas). The parasitoids escaped from the pupal or adult stage of the host. Percentage parasitism of a solitary parasitoid, Perilitus coccinellae showed 5, 2%. A gregarious pupal parasitoids, Phalacrotophora sp. occurred an average of 4.38+-2.47 (with a range of 1 apprx 8) from a mummy and showed 0.4 apprx 6.7% of parasitism. A solitary adult parasitoids, Degeria luctuosa took 17.6+-4.5 days at 25 degree C, 16 L: 8 D in escaping from the host adult collected in late October and early November. The last stadium larva escaped (n=10) became pupa in 9 hours. Adult emergence after pupation (n=42) took 6 to 12 days (mean=8.6 days). Yearly parasitism of Degeria luctuosa showed a fluctuation of 21.1% apprx 0.7%. The difference between percentage parasitism checked by host disection and the number of the parasitoid escaped was 2.2%, showing about 18% of the parasitoids could not develop normally and died inside of the host body after all. In a laboratory rearing of host collected in field, Degeria luctuosa shortened the longevity of the host adult with a maximum span of 35 days only (about a half of the unparasitized host lived for 3 months), and blocked egg development and the oviposition of the host.
