Ecology and life history of 11 species of parasitoids (9 Ichneumonidae, 1 Braconidae, 1 Pteromalidae) reared from Taleporia tubulosa (Retzius 1783) are described with special regard to phenology, annual rate of parasitism, and host remains (caterpillars, pupae, larval cases) left by the emerging parasitoids. One host population from Vienna was infested with 6 species of parasitoids, the most abundant species being Hemichneumon subdulosus (Wesmael 1857) (Ichneumonidae). female hosts were more frequently infected by H. subdulosus than male male , possible effects are discussed. Meteorus oculatus Ruthe 1862, a rare Braconidae, is new to the Austrian fauna.
