Coeloides qinlingensis Dang et Yang, sp. nov. is similar to Coeloides abdominalis, but can be distinguished from the latter by the characters below: 1) temple of head behind compound eyes distinctly expanded outwards in dorsal view; 2) head with orange colour; 3) the genitalia of male with forms of lamina parameralis of caulis, paramere, lamina volsellaris of caulis and digtus of volsella different (Fig. d, c). The new species is parasitic on the larva of Dendroctonus armandi Tsai et Li in Qinling Mountains.
